157 Oteha Valley Road

This is our subdivision project, we bought the land and subdivided it into 20 terrace houses. The land is about 4300 sqm but it has a large portion of reserve in the site. We begun the RC design from January in 2019 and got RC EPA and BC all approved in June 2020. We divided it the whole site into three different stages contains 2 and 3 level terrace houses mixed. In the end, we have granted 1800 sqm building floor area in BC. The site is very close to the Oteha Valley school and several convenience facilities.
