This project is located in Avondale, Auckland. Jebel is responsible for the design, development, and construction of the project, while Kainga Ora is responsible for the buyback. The project comprises one stand-alone and two semi-detached duplexes, totaling three units, all of which are four-bedroom units. The land spans an area of 610 square meters, with each unit having a floor area of 135 square meters and comes with double parking spaces. The project commenced in November 2023 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
