This project is situated in Randwick Park, Auckland. Jebel is responsible for the design, development, and construction of the project, while Kainga Ora is responsible for the buyback. The project comprises two semi-detached duplexes, totaling two units, all of which are five-bedroom units. The land spans an area of 600 square meters, with each unit having a floor area of 175 square meters and comes with double parking spaces. The project commenced in November 2023 and is expected to be completed by mid-2024.

In terms of materials, we have selected materials that prioritize long-term maintenance and practicality. Additionally, each unit features spacious courtyard areas and terraces, suitable for residents of all age groups.
